Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed via email or receipt of a booking confirmation.

Payment Policy

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is at 2pm. Late check-ins must be communicated in advance.

Check-out time is at 10am. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied as necessary.

Additional Guests

The number of guests per booking is limited to 2. Additional guests may require prior approval and could incur extra charges.

Force Majeure

Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen events.

Privacy

Personal information collected during booking will be kept confidential and used only for reservation purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means as governed by applicable laws.

Amendments to Terms

Thaba-Bosiu Cultural Village reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to guests.
